Ty is back! Okay, I never really went anywhere for those who follow all my activities, but I’ve been neglecting my personal site for various reasons. The design isn’t too new because I still love my pink and brown, but the site is organized more like an “author” website now. I also decided to combine my site and the CookieAisle.com site – so all my devotions, bible studies, articles and musings are together.
The reason for this shift in thinking.
The release of the anthology, Home Again: Stories of Restored Relationships is only three months away. Promoting the anthology has been an eye-opener. I provide design and marketing services for authors all the time, but walking in their shoes is a different experience.
Over the next couple of months, I will keep you updated on the book launch events, book signings and a host of other things going on with the anthology. I’m excited!

My Manuscripts
This past June, I pitched When Rain Falls for the first time at the 2010 Faith & Fiction Retreat. There were four editors at the conference. So far, no takers, but I’m encouraged because it has taken me over a year to even start the query process. I plan to submit WRF to a few other places.
My other manuscript, Deep Fried Trouble, is in my trusty editor’s hands. I hope to start pitching DFT later in the year.
Meanwhile, I’ve started on two other manuscripts. Finally! My focus has been on the two I’ve completed, so I’m anxious to start on brand new stories.
